William C. Briddick is currently an Associate Professor of Counseling and Human Development teaching in the Counseling and Human Resource Development program at South Dakota State University. His publications have focused on career counseling, career assessment, and the history of counseling including career counseling. He has been involved in ACA and NCDA. He is the founder of the Historical Issues in Counseling Network within ACA. He has a background in counseling and student affairs and currently teaches career counseling and planning, developmental issues in counseling, and courses related to introduction to counseling and ethics within the CHRD program at SDSU. During the 2013-2014 academic year Dr. Briddick spent his sabbatical as a faculty member for Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul, Turkey. |
