Sonia Liang 

The Donald E. Super International Ambassador Award

​As the Assistant Director of Career Development at Hiatt Career Center, Brandeis University, Sonia works with international students and alumni through individual advising and innovative programming. In addition, she also develops campus recruiting strategies by engaging alumni, parents and employers from all over the world.

Prior to joining Brandeis University, Sonia taught a bilingual module of an undergraduate career exploration course using Career Construction Interview and Life Design theories at Kent State University, while obtaining her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration. In her work, Sonia infuses intercultural communication skills into her career counseling practice to prepare diverse students for a meaningful future.
