Jenn Leard, M.Ed, NCC, JCTC/JCDC, is a Career Consultant with the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School where she works with graduate-level business students to design their lives, tell their stories, and uncover their next career steps by serving as a bridge between students and industry employers. Jenn has served as Associate Director of Career Advising & Student Engagement at Goucher College, current Consultant and past Director of Career Development programs with Rich Feller & Associates, and past Manager of Career Counseling with Colorado State University College of Business. Jenn brings a strong passion for and commitment to the field of career development, currently serving as a Columnist with NCDA’s Career Developments Magazine, Committee Member with NCDA’s Publications Council, and Board Member with MCDA.

Influenced by twice attending the Career Construction Institute and studying and practicing life design, storytelling and career construction, Jenn is driven by a passion for helping people across all life stages to successfully navigate multiple career and life transitions. Jenn is committed to expanding the reach, access, and impact of career development globally, and to helping people tell, and live, their unique stories.
